Telehealth appointments will continue to be an option for any patient who prefers to be treated at home.
March 22, 2020
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Fresh Dermatology will temporarily close beginning Monday, March 23rd. This is to protect the health and safety of our patients, staff and the public at large. It is unclear at this time how long the closure will be in effect. We hope to reopen within 1 month but will keep you informed via our website. This decision is at the recommendation of the Texas Medical Board, who has asked that all non-urgent medical and cosmetic procedures and office visits be rescheduled to prevent the spread of the virus and conserve medical supplies and equipment for those most in need.
In the interim we will be conducting Telehealth visits
for routine medical issues and follow up appointments. Patients with cosmetic concerns will be rescheduled as soon as we are able. All prepaid packages and services will be honored once the disaster declaration has been lifted. If you have or had a scheduled appointment during the closure, we will contact you in the coming days to address your needs. If you currently have stitches in place we will be contacting you to arrange removal. Thank you for your patience as we navigate these trying times. We care deeply about our patients and look forward to serving you for years to come.
